This hotel is big with really helpful and very very helpful staff and good food. The breakfast is very good with a great selection of dishes.

This venue needs renovation.

I was given an exceptionally clean room with with bedroom and bathtub, for instance. The staff were very helpful and efficient too.

The breakfast was very good and delicious for vegetarian and had plenty of food. It had particularly good location close to Dataran Ipoh. Plus, it was adjacent to the river walk.

Great value rooms with twin beds and basic facilities and snacks, felt like home. The staff was helpful, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

The hotel rooms were reasonably large and cheap with good facilities inside, a nice shower plus good views. The venue was in a central location near to two Malls.

Big size and fairly clean venue with a reasonable value and cheerful staff. Central location, just a short walk away from Chinese Shophouses. Approximately 10 minutes' drive from airport. Good pool, parking onsite. Everything good. Fine base for exploring Ipoh.

The room was immaculately clean with a large bathroom. Delicious and good breakfast; recommended. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ipoh Parade Shopping Complex was particularly good.

We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay at a hotel located in a central area with many restaurant options close to it. The breakfast was satisfying, and the cleanliness of the facilities was highly appreciated. the hotel provided us with complementary toiletries and bottled water, which reduced our expenses.

Most areas of the hotel were in bad shape and deteriorated. The bathroom had low water pressure, which made it challenging to take a shower, and the room was quite dark, making it less welcoming.

The location was marvellous and ideal for walking around Ipoh Parade Mall. It was located in a lovely area really close to sights such as the Riverwalk, and supermarket, a good home base for me. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory and there was a lot of delicious food:)))

Had awesome stay for family vacation. Really enjoyed the amazingly comfortable room, and the particularly good view of Ipoh town. All of the staff was good and courteous. The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.
